Porcelain tiles, SPC/LVT vinyl and engineered wood are the top performers in Dubai. They handle heat, humidity and UV far better than solid timber or cheap laminate. For wet and outdoor areas, anti-slip (R10–R13) porcelain and waterproof vinyl are ideal. We’ll recommend the right option for each room during your free survey.
As a guide, expect roughly AED 80–150/m² for vinyl, laminate and ceramic; AED 120–250/m² for porcelain and SPC; AED 200–450/m² for engineered wood and granite; and AED 250–600/m² for marble and natural stone (supply-and-fix, excluding 5% VAT).
